It also acts as an intermediary platform for customers linking them to suppliers, food outlets and offers in their area that offer food delivery or collection. The website shows information such as food products, offers, menus, packs, payment methods, and delivery information.

Your access to this website is subject to your agreement of the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page.

“You” and “Your” means the person using this Portal as an end-user to discover the various offers displayed.

“Vendors” and “Suppliers” means the person or authorised /representative of a company registering his business on the Portal for public display

  1. No product or service can be displayed without prior registration on this website as a lister.
  2. The website is open to everyone and you may access some areas of the website without the need of making an order or registering your details with us.
  3. Accessing the website means you have agreed the terms and conditions outlined on this page, however, you shall leave this website immediately if you do not accept our terms and conditions.
  4. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details so as to restrict unauthorised access to your account.
  5. You are not allowed to register multiple accounts for use by the same person. Violation of this clause may result in termination of your account.
  6. Only any person living in Mauritius is eligible.
  7. Fun Mauritius does not undertake any purchase or selling transaction with any customer.
  8. Listers should ensure that they update and maintain their accounts in respect of their offers.
  9. You should be at least 18 Years old to register as a Lister
  10. A lister must have the authorised permit such as Business Registration Number (BRN) or Planters’ Card to register as a Lister on the Portal.
  11. Fun Mauritius strives to deal with reputable suppliers that provide quality products and services, however, we shall take no responsibility for the quality and quantity of products and or services delivered or collected from suppliers. It is your responsibility to check the goods upon receiving an order.
  12. It important that you check all the details that you have entered are correct. Failing to do so, may lead to confusions and misunderstandings on offers.
  13. Anyone misusing this website for any other purpose other than that stated will be prosecuted with respect to Mauritian Laws.
  14. Incorrect / fake details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, therefore kindly ensure that you have included your valid address, email address and correct telephone number when registering.
  15. All vendor accounts are subject to moderation and approval by the administrator.
  16. Any advertisement on the website is free. Fun Mauritius does not charge any fee to any supplier displaying its products on the website.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Fun Mauritius is not responsible for the price advertised on the website.
All prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees.

Fun Mauritius does not get involved into any buying/selling transaction and any form of payment.

Payments are made directly to the suppliers from the customers through their desired platforms.

AVAILABILITY

This site may be unavailable at certain times to allow for maintenance and upgrades. Although we will endeavor to notify customers in advance of any service unavailability, this cannot be guaranteed. Fun Mauritius reserves the right to alter or withdraw the service at any time.

CONTENT CHANGES

Fun Mauritius reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Those changes shall be communicated in the website.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to decline a new registration (blacklist), terminate your right to link to the site, remove you as a user of this site, and/or prevent any further use if you violate any of the terms of use. If we consider there to be a risk of liability or loss to our partner suppliers or us we may take any action deemed necessary to prevent such a liability or loss from occurring.
